Fee for transferring person or races. No refunds for any reason, no deferments, and no items will be mailed. I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.  I acknowledge that Oz Endurance Events, LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 is a known risk and may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, event staff, volunteers, and other athletes.  I hereby release and agree to hold Oz Endurance Events, LLC harmless and waive any and all causes of action for injury, damage or loss to myself that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19. If we have to cancel the race there will be no refunds, no transfers or deferments.
